I am an award-winning multidisciplinary Director and Creative Producer working across theatre, musical theatre and opera. My work centres ensemble storytelling and collective voices, often exploring Queer identities, documentary forms, and collaborative approaches to performance. I have worked extensively in commercial theatre and opera with organisations including the Old Vic, Almeida Theatre, Royal Shakespeare Company and English National Opera, as well as in the West End, and regularly direct community productions of Shakespeare with young adults.
I am co-director of MIRRORBALL, a Camden-based documentary theatre company dedicated to representing voices from the borough. Using research and oral histories to create performance, our production GRILLS was the inaugural recipient of the Camden NOW! Commission from Camden People’s Theatre and Old Diorama Arts Centre. After sell-out R&D performances, GRILLS was co-produced by Camden People’s Theatre to headline their 30th Anniversary Camden Roar Festival, supported by Camden Council and Arts Council England. I was a New Diorama Emerging Company Director, an English National Opera Studio Live Commissioned Artist and was long listed for the VAULT 5.
